Catchy Domain Names
Choose domain names that are catchy so everyone can remember your websites. We think Narutofever.com or Hellonaruto.com is quite ok but NarutoInTheHole.com might be even better for some people. The most important thing is that domain names must be smooth and not easily forgettable.
Hyphenated Domain Names
So, NarutoFan.com is already taken, but if you really like that name, than takeNaruto-Fan.com instead. Sure, the second domain name might not be as easy to introduce to your friend on the phone, but search engines like Google prefers it more. Hyphenated names allow the spider to index the page properly as hyphens tells Google that there's a 'space' between two words in the |

Your Domain Name Should Be Your Website Name
You make think this is pretty obvious, but some people like wierd domain names. For example, if your site is called NarutoFever, the domain name should be Narutofever.com and not nf.com or nfv.com. It’s extremely easy to for a fan to forget such a domain name.
Long or Short Domain Names
Domain names can actually be as long as 67 characters. So naming your site http://IquiteLikeNarutoButMyFriendPrefersSusukeLuckilyWeBothHateSakura.com is technically possible.
Now why would you want to do that? Longer domain names are easier to remember! However you won’t want to irritate your fans THAT much by making them type such long domain names! So a balance is required. Technically, longer domain names are easier to remember, but you’ll have to find the sweet spot yourself.
.Com .Net or Org
I personally feel that .com is the best choice. Unless domain names like Naruto.net are still available, stick to .com(s).
Final Word of Advice
Well, no matter which domain names you want to use, get the name before you start building your website. The worst possible scenario is spending a few weeks on your site with the design and coding just to find out that the domain names you wanted is already taken.
